Offsite Engineering Solutions FZE have been shortlisted for the prestigious Construction Technology Awards 2023 for Project of the Year Event.

The SFD Project team has designed a state-of-the-art modular housing manufacturing system that is both unique and the first Saudi-developed system created especially for the kingdom's market.
The project has produced a scalable template for mass production of environmentally efficient, attractive and economical housing. The project uses a high level of automation, robotics, full digital integration and maximizes local materials and labour content.
The Project produces 80% factory pre-finished homes in 20% of the time taken by traditional methods, and with up to 75% Saudisation. The project is designed to partner with the private sector to build numerous giga-factories, each producing up to 10,000 Saudi villas per year and provide excellent highly skilled jobs for KSA citizens, reduce the amount of low paid foreign workers and make a meaningful impact on the economic contribution of the kingdom's construction industry while helping to solve the country’s housing shortage.
